This return policy is applicable to orders placed for Brain Booster via our e-commerce platform , which is hosted through Shopify. Our policy lasts 60 days from the time an order is placed. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
Our promise: if you ordered Brain Booster and are not completely satisfied with our product, we will completely refund your last order. We stand behind our product 100%. We will work hard to make the return/refund process as easy as possible for you, and may follow up with you to better understand why you weren't happy with your experience, if you have any suggestions for us to improve our products and services, and to confirm that your refund was processed smoothly. Otherwise, we will only send emails if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
In order to prevent abuse of our guarantee, only one order per customer may be eligible for refund under this guarantee. However, beyond our guarantee, any unused and unopened product in original condition can be returned at any time for a complete refund, even for customers who have previously claimed a return under our guarantee, provided that the customer covers return shipping costs (see "Shipping" below for complete details).
To proceed with any return, refund, or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your electronic order number that was sent to you during your order confirmation is acceptable, and we are happy to assist you in finding this information if necessary).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund in your bank account, please contact your bank and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will further investigate the situation for you.
Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, please ensure that items are appropriately packaged, and contact us for return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is recommended to ship using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
